So there I was, just minding my own business giving the ol' ride a weekend wash when I noticed my headlights were looking… sad, not like full on yellowed though but definitely that cloudy "I've seen things" kind of haze and I didn't have any restoration kit on hand, but I did have a clay bar just sitting there, whispering "try me." yunno. Now I know clay bar is usually paint's best friend, but out of pure curiosity (and a bit of laziness), I hit the headlights with it, not expecting miracles, but to my surprise some of the gunk started lifting off, It didn't make em crystal clear, but it definitely helped.
so.. wondering what the pros think before I go and mess with plastic polish next.
