Debating whether switching to soft bristle brushes for detailing can reduce the risk of scratches. Is it worth the investment or are their better alternatives?

I switched a while back and haven't looked back cos its been perfect for emblems, trim, and tight spots where mitts just can't reach. That said, technique matters too, so yeah rinse often, don't grind dirt in, and use quality soap. boar's hair or microfiber brushes are also cool

I'll undoubtedly consider boar's hair or microfiber brushes. When you switched did you notice a big difference in how well they handled delicate surfaces? Always up for tips to improve my technique
